Where we ship:

PawSure currently ships to UK addresses only.

Processing times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days of being placed. 

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times:

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Order tracking: 

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays:

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, PawSure cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal or courier services
• Weather conditions
• Events outside our control
